Shipment should run between $35-50 depending on location.
All animals come with a live arrival guarantee as long as someone was home to sign for the animal upon first delivery. We will not be held responsible for carrier delays or mishandling of packages.
If any animal comes DOA (dead on arrival) please notify us as immediately. Should such a thing happen we will need proof that the animal is actually dead, and that the dead animal was the same animal that we shipped to you. The best way is to get a photo and email it to us at ken@kenssnakes.com. We do understand that not everyone has a digital camera, so we may ask that you send the animal back to us, and we will pay for shipping.
In addition all animals will come with a 5 day health guarantee. Should any problems arise in the time frame please let us know so we can take steps to ensure you and your animals are happy.
All animals will come correctly sexed and voluntarily eating, unless otherwise noted.
